| What is "flow"? |
Term a "flow" is usually understood as a synonym of term "river flow" and means the sum of superficial flow and that part of underground flow, which entered the rivers. A superficial flow is equal to sinking instead of superficial detention and infiltration, being penetration or motion of water in soil. |
